I have been practicing Estate Planning for the past 12 years in San Clemente, California. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (FIGHT ON TROJANS) and my law degree from Chapman University School of Law.
I, as a wife and mother of 3 children, understand that thinking about what happens when we are not here to take care of our children and families is difficult. A Complete Estate Plan
During your initial consultation we will go over your estate planning questionnaire and make sure that we understand what you want to accomplish with your estate plan.
Generally, a complete estate plan includes your trust, pour-over will, power of attorney for finances and power of attorney for health. We will take the time to explain these different documents to you in detail.
We will also work with you to designate guardians for your children, if needed, and help you fund your trust.
